Fanlisting?

"A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are); they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans."

The Fire Nation

The Fire Nation is basically a fictional nation in one of Nickelodeon's most popular shows -Avatar: The Last Airbender. Its technology and seemingly strong government make this nation of people one to be feared by its surrounding border countries -and they do . World known for the ferocity of its strong and ambitious Fire Lords, the Fire Nation has a 100 years worth of history that is filled with war and conquest; its soldiers are ruthless in battle, and annihilate everything in their path as proof of their element's destruction.

True, most of the "bad guys" were made by the creators of Avatar: The Last Airbender to be from the Fire Nation, but don't let that be the only window into the morals of the people. The Fire Nation is rich in culture; festivals can include, "stylized hand-carved wooden masks similar to that of Kabuki theater masks . . . puppet shows, fireworks, firebending jugglers and magicians, and overall displays of individual or group bending prowess" (Wikipedia). Then again, much propoganda is also seen in such festivals to create "loyalty to the Fire Lord in its citizens from the earliest age possible", so who's to say that the diversity of its culture and people won't disappear all together?

Just like the Earth Kingdom interested me with its strong background, and Mike and Bryan's well though out structure of the country, the Fire Nation also does . . . maybe even moreso. Hah, or maybe I'm just a nerd. :D
